On behalf of the Management, Academic Board, staff and students of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, I heartily felicitate with the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.

Your Excellency, your life and service have continued to instill admiration, and your humility and unwavering dedication to duties are exemplary testament of a worthy leadership.

Your calm yet resolute leadership style and your loyalty to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, have remained instrumental in deepening the gains of the administration’s Continuity and Consolidation Agenda.
