CHIEF OLUFEMI SMITH JOHNSON BAGS DISTINGUISHED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE AWARD

Chief Olufemi Smith Johnson has been honoured with the prestigious Distinguished Community Development Service Award by Democracy Newsline Newspaper.
The award was presented at the newspaper’s 16th Anniversary and Awards Ceremony held in Abuja.

The organisation recognised Chief Johnson for his outstanding contributions to community development, philanthropy, and grassroots empowerment.
Chief Johnson was represented at the event by Amb. David Owa.
In the goodwill message delivered on his behalf, the community leader expressed gratitude to Democracy Newsline for the recognition. He described the award as a motivation to do more for the people.
“I dedicate this honour to my community and to all those working tirelessly to uplift lives at the grassroots. Service to humanity remains the greatest legacy, and this award will spur us to do even more,” the message stated.
The organisers said the Distinguished Community Development Service Award was in recognition of Chief Johnson’s sustained efforts in supporting education, health, youth empowerment, and other initiatives aimed at improving living standards in his community.
