Chief Olugbemi Femi Felicitates Rt. Hon. Leke Joseph Abejide on 51st Birthday

The Publisher of Democracy Newsline Newspaper, Chief Olugbemi Femi has extended warm felicitations to Rt. Hon. Leke Joseph Abejide, Member representing Yagba Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his 51st birthday.

In a statement released on Friday, Chief Femi described Abejide as a dedicated lawmaker whose commitment to grassroots development and effective representation has earned him widespread respect across Kogi West and beyond.

“At 51, Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide stands out as a leader who combines legislative experience with a deep understanding of the needs of his constituents,” Femi said.

“His interventions in education, infrastructure, healthcare, and youth empowerment in Yagba East, Yagba West, and Mopamuro have made a tangible difference in the lives of ordinary people.”

Chief Femi noted that Abejide’s role as Chairman of the House Committee on Customs and Excise has also positioned him as a key voice in national economic discourse, adding that his advocacy for accountability and improved revenue generation has been consistent.

He prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and strength for the lawmaker as he continues to serve.

“May this new year bring you greater wisdom, more impactful service, and the fulfilment that comes from seeing your efforts uplift the people you represent,” the statement read.
