City Boy Movement Targets One Million Votes for Tinubu in Kogi
The Kogi State Chairman of the City Boy Movement, Honourable Mark Okpanachi Ogar, has said the group is committed to securing one million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
Ogar made this known at the grand opening of Ramsy Paradise Hotel and Suites and an empowerment programme for women from the six Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The event was powered by the Zonal Coordinator, Women Affairs, North Central Zone of the City Boy Movement, Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim, who is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ramsy Paradise Hotel and Suites, Abuja.
According to Ogar, the continuous engagement of electorates in urban centres and grassroots communities, particularly youths, has made the movement’s target of securing one million votes for President Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election achievable.

He explained that the City Boy Movement has a strong presence across the local government areas, wards and polling units of Kogi State, adding that the group has been taking the message of the Tinubu administration’s policies and programmes to the electorate.
Ogar also attributed what he described as the positive impact of the Federal Government’s policies in Kogi State to the efforts of the state governor, His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo, whom he said had impacted various sectors of the state.
He called on the people of Kogi State and Nigerians in general to support President Tinubu’s bid for a second term, saying the Renewed Hope Administration was propelling Nigeria towards greater development.
The Kogi State Chairman further commended Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim for championing the movement’s support for President Tinubu’s re-election through various empowerment programmes across Kogi State and the North-Central geopolitical zone.
Speaking on the grand opening of Ramsy Paradise Hotel and Suites, Ogar praised Ibrahim for her hard work and commitment to job creation, youth empowerment and the development of Nigeria’s hospitality and tourism sector.
He described the hotel as another demonstration of her contribution to economic development and the creation of opportunities for Nigerians.
