CP NAZIRU BELLO KANKAROFI, psc, mni RECEIVES PCRC EXECUTIVES STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY POLICING APPROACH AND ENHANCE SECURITY IN KOGI STATE
The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Naziru Bello Kankarofi, psc, mni, received the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), led by Hon. Hajiya Rabietu Okute, who is the Chairperson of Zone 8 and Kogi State Commissioner for Humanitarian and Poverty Alleviation.
The meeting aimed to discuss ways to enhance security collaboration between the Police and PCRC members. This further highlighted CP Kankarofi’s unwavering commitment to community engagement for effective policing. The CP thanked PCRC for the visit, emphasizing their critical role in shaping policing priorities. He urged for continued partnership in sharing information on suspicious activities.
In her remarks, Hajiya Rabietu Okute commended the Police Command for improved policing in Kogi State and pledged PCRC’s continued support for maximum impact on safety of lives and property.
The Kogi State PCRC Chairman, Elder Haruna Ali, expressed appreciation for the warm reception and assured the CP of their continued support for the command, aiming to enhance security in the State.
