Customer Service Week : Ojo MD, FHA,19 Others Bags “Excellence Service Award.”

The Managing Director, Chief Executive officer, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo has bagged “Excellence Service Award” during the maiden “Customer Service Week” program organized by the Authority.
Rt Hon Oyetunde Ojo emerged first out of the twenty awardees who are staff of the authority of different categories that was recognized during the maiden program held at the corporate office , Asokoro , Abuja
According to Servicom General Manager of the Authority, Mr Asuquo Otong , who stated this on Thursday during the celebration of “Customer Service Week” organized by the Authority said that the Managing Director was honored for the recognition and reorganization of the Servicom department on assumption of duty both at the head office and zonal offices, as well as on going transformation agenda that had improved the services of the Authority.
“The Servicom department and the entire staffers eulogised the determination of
the current Managing Director and the management team, saying that the Authority has never had it so good .” He said
With the theme of this year’s event, themed “Building Homes, Serving Hearts” the Federal Housing Authority FHA is determined to take services to another level particularly to employees, customers among others.
He said the theme of this year’s Servicom celebration” Mission Possible” will also guarantee genuine service delivery and equal attention for equal service in all public service.
He thanked the current management for improving the lives of staff of the Authority just few years in office.
The approval for the celebration of “Customer Service Week” was an indicator of customers and staff friendly leader at the helm of affairs in FHA.
In his speech at the occasion, the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, asked staff to renew zeal to consolidate the success already achieved in the last one and half year .
He encouraged the staff and customers to cocoon their psyche and emotion into serving both their colleagues and customers,so as to improve not only services of the Authority, but innovations and initiatives.
Ojo expressed his determination to continue to introduce policies and programs that will improve the welfare of workers, customers and other stakeholders of the Authority towards providing better housing in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Managing Director maintained that more initiatives, innovations will be put in place , so as to place the Authority at the top echelon of the public service.
Highlights of the occasion included presentation of “Excellence Service Award” to twenty deserving individuals including the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo and Nineteen others from various departments and zones who won the Award.
While responding to the Award of Excellence, the Deputy General Manager, Servicom and Anti corruption department, Mrs Ebere Alalibo assured others who have not benefited of good time ahead , saying that hard work, diligence, dedication to duty and exceptional performance shall not go unnoticed.
She thanked the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo for initiating laudable programs that had outwit poor performance in the Authority.
The Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo in his usual magnanimity bankrolled the expenses for the each Award presented to to the awardees.
On behalf of the awardees, the representative of the Managing Director, Arc Ezekiel Nya Etok , the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo representative took to the cutting of the cake to mark the “Customer Service Week”.
