Dekina – Bassa Federal Constituency: “No Stone Would Be Left Unturned in Quality Representation”, Hon. Gowon Haruna Assures Constituents, Hold Town hall Meeting

The Member, Representing Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Gowon Haruna has assured his constituents that no stone would be left unturned in adequately representing them.

This is as he called on the people of the constituents to massively throw their weight behind the administration of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, as well as the former Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

Hon. Haruna renewed his commitment to greater service to the people at a town hall meeting organised to brief his constituents of his scorecard of representation so far.

The lawmaker assured that the people would begin to reap the dividends of his representation through employment for the youths, infrastructure development, particularly in the areas of road construction and rural electrification.

Hon. Gowon expressed his determination to do things differently, assuring that he would strive to justify the confidence reposed on him through effective representation.

He appealed to the people to be patient with the APC led administration of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, insisting that the administration is working towards lasting development and prosperity.

” Very soon, many of our rural communities would be lightened up. The issues of roads are also uppermost in my representation, as very soon work would begin on long abandoned as well as new federal roads in the area”.

” Let me restate that I owe the people of Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency who voted me to serve them and the Almighty God who has been benevolent to my political career, to offer quality representation”.

” In this of my life, my priority is about the people of Dekina Bassa. I’m no longer working for myself, not with my age, myself nor family members”.

” I therefore urge all of us to join hands with me and support the APC led administration at the centre and in the State. I have absolute confidence in the ability of Gov. Usman Ododo to deliver good governance and gains of democracy to the people”.

” I charge us to continue to support the former Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, who as leader of our party has done excellently well in his tenure as Governor of the State”.

Hon. Gowon thanked the people of Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency, urged for patience as he is committed to providing purposeful representation that would meet the yearning and aspirations of the people.

Highlights of the town hall meeting which held at Idrinana hotel was interactive session with the constituents, as well as monthly empowerment to selected Wards of the Federal Constituency.
