Director General, KOSCEPA, had a closed door meeting with First City Monument Bank plc (FCMB), Lokoja branch.

The Kogi State Commodity Exchange, Export Promotion and Market Development Agency (KOSCEPA), ably led by Hon. Victor Adewale Omofaiye, in his corporate office today held a meeting with the representatives of the First City Monument Bank plc, led by the branch manager Mr. Abubakar Bello. This partnership aims to enhance efficiency, trainings on export, export documentation, value addition, grant facilities to farmers and exporters and to promote transparency in it operations.

During the meeting the D.G. and his team shared the benefit of the Agency which stand to achieve promoting local commodities, improving market access for producers, and fostering economic growth in the state.

Speaking at the engagement, Hon. Omofaiye stated the key roles of KOSCEPA, which among others to improve market access, help the famer to manage there goods, increased transparency and economic growth.

The DG said this Agency is an opportunity for our local producers to sell their commodities both in the local market and internationally, to also implement efficient and transparent system for transaction and operation.

Mr Abubakar Bello , The Branch Manager First City Monument Bank plc, Lokoja Branch, has highlighted what the Agency stand to achieve with the roles from the DG KOSCEPA has stated.The manager has expressed a positive sentiment regarding the partnership with the Agency KOSCEPA. His commitment to work closely with the agency highlights a collaborative approach amied at achieving mutual goals.

The meeting concluded with both parties ready to shared commitment, strengthen cooperation and ensure the people of Kogi State enjoy what the Agency has to offer through KOSCEPA.
