Ebonyi New Private varsity begins students admission

The newly established Euston University, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State has commenced admission of students into the five courses approved for the instruction by the National University Commission (NUC).
In a statement signed by Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Felicia Moh, the university listed the available programmes in the institution as Nursing Science, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Cyber Security and Computer Science.

It urged suitably qualified candidates to visit the university and pick their admission forms, fill the form and submit with their documents or visit the university website.
Moh expressed appreciation to the NUC for the exercise and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to meeting and sustaining the regulatory standards required by the National University Commission for quality education.
The Acting Vice-Chancellor commended the vision and investment of the University’s Chancellor, Lady Eunice Egwu, particularly her commitment to expanding access to quality higher education and creating opportunities for young people in Ebonyi State and beyond.
Moh noted that disclosed that the university has made significant investments in infrastructure, academic facilities and human resources to provide a conducive environment for effective teaching, learning and research.
She also commended the leadership of the NUC for its ongoing reforms and commitment to strengthening the quality and relevance of university education in Nigeria.
“The successful Resource Verification Exercise and subsequent approval by the NUC represent a significant milestone in the development of Euston University and pave the way for the commencement of academic activities in the approved programmes.
“Prospective students, parents, guardians and members of the general public are therefore invited to take advantage of the opportunity to secure admission into the available programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. Admission spaces are limited”, Moh said.
