Eid al-Adha: Rt. Hon. Alhassan Ado Doguwa Felicitates Emir of Daura, His Highness, Dr. Faruk Umar Faruk

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, celebrated on June 8, 2025, Rt. Hon. Alhassan Ado Doguwa, OON, Sardaunan Kasar Hausa Mai Tuta and Leader of the Northern Regional Caucus in the House of Representatives, has extended his warm felicitations to His Highness, Dr. Faruk Umar Faruk, CON, the Emir of Daura.
In his Eid al-Adha message, Rt. Hon. Doguwa wished the Emir, the esteemed Council members of the Daura Emirate, and the entire Hausa nation across the globe a joyous celebration. He emphasized the significance of the occasion, which is rooted in sacrifice, faith, and submission to the will of Almighty Allah (SWT).
Rt. Hon. Doguwa commended the Emir for his continued leadership and custodianship of Hausa tradition and Islamic heritage. He prayed that Allah grants the Emir long life, wisdom, and strength to carry on his noble role.
The Sardaunan Kasar Hausa Mai Tuta expressed his wishes for peace, prosperity, and renewed hope for the Daura Emirate, Katsina State, and the greater Hausa nation. He concluded his message with a heartfelt “Barka da Sallah” to all the people of Daura and the Hausa nation, both at home and in the diaspora.
