EID MUBARAK MESSAGE TO ALL MUSLIMS WORLDWIDE
From Engr. Sani Ndanusa, FNSE, FNICE, FNIM
Marafan Nupe, Ubandoman Jiwa
As the crescent moon rises and the faithful unite in celebration, I extend my warmest Eid al-Adha greetings to all Muslims in Niger State and around the world—especially the resilient and devout Muslim Ummah of Nigeria.
This sacred season reminds us of the profound faith, obedience, and sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), whose unwavering trust in Allah (SWT) teaches us that true submission births unmatched blessings.
“Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you…”
— Surah Al-Hajj 22:37
What then is the true essence of Eid?
Is it in the festivities or in the reflection?
It is in the purification of the soul, the generosity of the heart, and the reaffirmation of faith in action.
”Faith is not just belief, but the courage to live it out even when it is most inconvenient.”
As we commemorate this festival, may the blessings of sacrifice and submission usher in renewed peace, deeper unity, and prosperous transformation for:
Our Families – May Allah (SWT) make our homes gardens of tranquility and compassion.
Our Communities – May He enrich our lives with empathy, equity, and collective progress.
Our Leaders – May Allah endow them with wisdom, justice, and divine direction.
Our Nation Nigeria – May He heal our land, restore our hope, and guide us to purposeful leadership and inclusive development.
”Verily, with hardship comes ease.”
— Qur’an 94:6
We must ask ourselves:
Are we doing enough to uphold the spirit of unity, responsibility, and renewal in our society?
Are we submitting to the call of national development with as much sincerity as we submit to divine rituals?
The answer lies in what we choose to build each day—together.
Let us embrace this sacred occasion as an opportunity to:
• Promote peace and tolerance beyond religious and ethnic divides
• Encourage good governance and accountability
• Empower the youth through knowledge and innovation
• Strengthen community resilience through empathy and shared responsibility
• And most importantly, rise with a New Nigeria Mindset—driven by faith, integrity, and nationhood
“The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others.”
— Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
To all pilgrims currently on Hajj, may Allah accept your rites, forgive your sins, and return you safely, spiritually uplifted and transformed.
Eid Mubarak once again!
May every step you take this season be filled with barakah, mercy, and divine direction.
With warmest regards and profound admiration,
Engr. Sani Ndanusa, FNSE, FNICE, FNIM
