Elections: KWTKRP Deepens Grassroots Strategy, LG Coordinators in Kogi West
The Kogi West 4 Tinubu, Karimi Reelection Project (KWTKRP) has intensified its political activities ahead of the Presidential and National Assembly elections, announcing a shift from digital engagement to full scale grassroots mobilisation.
This was contained in a statement issued by Pastor Stanley Ajileye on behalf of the project’s coordinators, noting that the movement is entering a critical phase that requires structured field operations across communities in Kogi West.
As part of the new strategy, the group confirmed the appointment of two coordinators in each Local Government Area. The coordinators are expected to drive the next layer of organisation by facilitating the emergence of ward and polling unit coordinators.
The statement added that the identities of the Local Government coordinators would remain confidential for now, citing the sensitive and technical responsibilities assigned to them, particularly in the area of election monitoring.
KWTKRP emphasized that all appointments were made based on credible recommendations, proven integrity, and demonstrated capacity.
It further disclosed that additional appointments at the ward and polling unit levels would be carried out discreetly in the coming weeks, as the group consolidates its operational framework ahead of the polls.
Meanwhile, the leadership also acknowledged the continued support of an anonymous donor who has, for the second consecutive time, purchased 100 copies of Okun People Magazine for distribution within the group. Interested members were encouraged to reach out to the leadership for copies.
Reaffirming its commitment to the project, the group commended members for their loyalty and resilience, expressing optimism that their collective efforts will translate into electoral success.
