FHA Marks Maiden Global Customer Service Week from 6-10,

The Management of Federal Housing Authority FHA said it has joined the global “Customer Service Week” celebration after many decades to guarantee staff, customers among others continuous confidence in the Authority.
This has led to the commencement of the Customer Service Week beginning from Monday 6th October to Friday, 10th October , 2025.
This was in line with the management decision under the vibrant leadership of the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Ojo.
Ojo promised to join both local and global engagements that will promote healthy services , workers welfare and guarantee customers attention at the FHA now and at all times.
He said the new FHA will mobilise all necessary resources, human and materials to ensure needed attention for staffers , customers among many others.
As part of the five days occasion, programs were scheduled from Monday that will climaxed on Friday with presentation of “Excellence Award “to deserving staffers among other programs for the event .
According to the DGM Servicom and Anti corruption of the Authority, Ebere Alalibo, the maiden award will be geared towards encouraging more quality service delivery from the Servicom department/staffers of the FHA and also encourage them to do more to benefit from such recognition.
She said the decision to promote both staffers and customers during the “Customer Service Week” cannot be overemphasized, hence the award to continue to encourage them to put in their best .
As part of the program, the head Servicom in Nigeria will be around to present papers on the need for selfless service delivery to Nigerians irrespective of creed , tribe or religion, but taking cognisance of rendering service to the country and to mark the “Customer Service Week” organized by the Federal Housing Authority FHA.
While lending his voice , the image maker and Head Public Affairs of the Authority, Mr Kenneth Chigelu asked customers and staff of the Authority to take advantage of the ongoing reforms and reorganization in the agency to cooperate with the management.
He commended the management for the complete digitization of the activities that had avoided archaic way of paper movement , and the establishment of laboratories to avoid speculations.
Chigelu stated that the new management under Hon Oyetunde Ojo has placed FHA not only in the national discourse, but international focus in less than two years in the area of performance.
While asking for customers and workers cooperation, he said the “customer service week” will herald a new dawn in the Federal Housing Authority FHA.
