Former Kogi Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja Condoles with Gov Ododo Over Father’s Passing

The immediate past Deputy Governor of Kogi State and Member of the South East Development Commission, Chief Edward David Onoja, has paid a condolence visit to Governor Alhaji Usman Ododo at his Abuja residence following the passing of his father.

Chief Onoja prayed for God’s comfort on the Governor and his family, while acknowledging the long and impactful life of the late patriarch.

During the visit, Governor Ododo appreciated Chief Onoja’s gesture, describing him as instrumental to the New Direction Government’s foundation and growth.

The Governor reiterated his administration’s focus on unity, peace, and enhanced security to attract investments in oil and gas, solid minerals, and the cashew value chain for the ultimate benefit of the people of Kogi State.

Chief Onoja’s condolence visit is a show of solidarity and support to Governor Ododo during this difficult time.

As a former Deputy Governor, Chief Onoja’s visit highlights the importance of building strong relationships and networks in governance.

Despite the personal loss, Governor Ododo remains focused on the development of Kogi State. His administration’s priorities include unity, peace, and enhanced security to attract investments and improve the lives of the people.
