Former Kogi State Speaker Mourns Death of Retired Major Joe Ajayi

Prince Matthew Kolawole, former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, has expressed profound sadness over the tragic death of Major Joe Ajayi (Rtd), who died in the den of the kidnappers.

In a condolence message, Prince Kolawole described the incident as a senseless act of violence that has left many in shock and grief.

The former Speaker extended his deepest condolences to the family, Odo-Ape Bunu community, and loved ones of the deceased, praying that the memories of Major Ajayi’s life, service, and legacy would bring comfort to them during this difficult time.

He also prayed for God’s strength and peace to be upon the family as they cope with the irreparable loss.

Prince Kolawole’s message highlights the impact of Major Ajayi’s life and service, and his passing has sent shockwaves through the community.

During his life time, he served the Nigeria Army and retired as Major, also as Christians Association of Nigeria CAN, Chairman, Kabba-Bunu chapter

May his soul rest in peace.
