Former Sports Minister accused Wike for demolishing, witch hunting of Abuja natives for not voting APC
The Former Minister for Sports and Youth Development ,Barr.Solomon Selcap Dalung has accused the All Progressives Congress ( APC) of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu of using Nyesom Wike to embarked on demolishing exercise of Abuja natives hiding under the master plan agenda to witch hunt poor vulnerable residents for not voting them into power .
He said the present exercise is targeted at demolition of poor people homes and witch hunting the vulnerable natives of Abuja by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, as they have refused to vote All Progressives Congress ,APC,in the 2023 general elections
Solomon Dalung made disclosure in his independence Day message to Nigerian in Plateau State on 1st October .
He said ,” I don’t see anything serious on ground to convince me that they President and his cabinet understood the magnitude of the challenges of insecurity bedevilling the country .They have inflicted more plains whereby Wike is busy demolishing the ancestral homes of the natives in Abuja in the name of cleaning that they are not on the master plan .
What type of hypocrisy practice is that ,you the villa is not on the Master plan why has Wike not role out armour tank to demolish the villa ,the military barracks all are not in the master plan ,why hasn’t he demolish estates litter all over Abuja which are not part of the plan ?”,he said .
According to Dalung ,the estate where he presently occupying is not on the master plan why can’t the government be sincere not mobilizing to witch hunt poor people homes that didn’t voted APC in Abuja but he should roll caterpillar and demolish the villa because it is not in the master plan.
He stressed that the presidential villa should be pull down that is when we will know that government is serious and honest because all the estates ,barracks if they are sincere with what they’re doing .
Dalung alleged that somebody is enjoying his pension as a former governor with regiments of expensive vehicles jumbo with several benefit and their children studying outside the country and families stayed are leaving abroad while the common Nigerian they’re coming with heavy equipment to pull down their homes as illegal structure .
He lamented that the poor helpless Nigerian are now during this rainy season are running helter scatter in the bush in search of roof and no food to survive in the name of cleaning over master plan .
Solomon cautioned Nigerian that this is the type of wicket leaders that can’t care for the family or women and children suffering under the dwindling situation .
He reiterated that criminals are living in houses that are not with master plan still riding type of SUV coming to harass the common Nigerian yet you want us to believed so the stage of the nation is hopeless ,frustrating and for the past three months its has been monumental trauma to Nigerian .
Solomon Dalung called on President Tinubu to borrow leaf from late Tanzania President ,John Magafulu who when he inherited a terrible economy decided to cancelled all foreign trips ,all foreign conferences and remain at his office within five years he was able to built roads ,railways ,schools ,and settled internal and external debts but here is our president Tinubu is still cajoling Nigerian .
He appealed that instead the sacrifice should begin with the president Tinubu because when Buhari recognized that the country is recession he appointed 36 ministers but now Tinubu has dished out 48 ministers with members of his country side and calling for sacrifice for what ?.
Dalung added that President Tinubu has no business travelling all over the world but his business is to sit and deal with this ugly situation as he failed to understand that Nigerian are dying just like a national broadcast sympathy .
However, the body language of Mr President clearly demonstrate mockery on Nigerian with the current economy hardship experience .
