Heroric welcome of Kogi ALGON Chairman from Holy Land is a Statement– Kamal
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC) and staunch supporter of GYB, Dr Oluwatoyin Kamal has described the heroric welcome given to the Executive Chairman of Ijumu local government who doubles as ALGON Chairman in Kogi State, Alhaji Isah Taufiq on his successful return from pilgrimage in Mecca as significantly underscoring his political importance in Kogi West.
He disclosed this while chatting with newsmen in Odokoro at the sideline of jubilant.
He said with the caliber of men and women who trooped out to welcome the chairman back from the holy land, shows that he is still in charge of the local government, appealed to the people of the area to continue to give maximum support and cooperation to both the administration in the local government and the state led by Governor Yahaya Bello.
He noted that as one of the believer of Governor Yahaya Bello and loyalist of Alhaji Taufiq, if given opportunity to serve, he promised to continue from where the ALGON Chairman will stop and consolidate of his monumental achievements in all ramifications
