Hon. Alfred Bello Represents Former Governor Yahaya Bello at Rt. Hon. Matthew Kolawole’s 60th Birthday Thanksgiving Service in Kabba

The Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Igbala, Ayeteju, Kabba, was filled with joy and gratitude as family, friends, political leaders, and community stakeholders gathered to celebrate the 60th birthday thanksgiving service of Rt. Hon. Matthew Kolawole, the former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
Among the dignitaries present was Hon. Alfred Bello, former member representing Kabba/Bunu Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, who ably represented His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the immediate past Governor of Kogi State.
Delivering the goodwill message on behalf of the former governor, Hon. Alfred Bello congratulated Rt. Hon. Kolawole on reaching the milestone age of 60, praising his legacy of leadership and service to the state.

“He sends his warm congratulations to Rt. Hon. Matthew Kolawole on his 60th birthday and celebrates his enduring contributions to the growth and stability of Kogi State. His Excellency acknowledges Kolawole’s leadership legacy, particularly his service as Speaker, where he played a pivotal role in advancing legislative progress.”
Hon. Bello also conveyed the former governor’s appreciation to the Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Igbala, for hosting the thanksgiving and for its unwavering role in promoting spiritual growth and moral leadership within the community.
> “His Excellency extends his appreciation to the Church for being a steadfast pillar of faith, hope, and unity. He reaffirms his continued support for the Church and its mission to strengthen the moral and spiritual fabric of our society,” he added.
The event was marked by prayers, songs of thanksgiving, and heartfelt tributes to Rt. Hon. Kolawole, whose political journey and personal integrity have earned him wide respect across Kogi State and beyond.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole, in his remarks, expressed deep gratitude to God for the gift of life and thanked all attendees for their support and friendship over the years. He also acknowledged the former Governor’s message and the personal presence of Hon. Alfred Bello as a sign of enduring unity and political goodwill.
