Hon. Chief Oluowe Dare Celebrates Kabba-Bunu Chairman, Zacchaeus Dare Michael, on Birthday

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Hon. Chief Oluowe Dare, has congratulated the Chairman of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
Hon. Chief Oluowe Dare described the birthday as an opportunity to celebrate the life, leadership and contributions of the council chairman to the development of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area and the well-being of its people.
He acknowledged the importance of purposeful leadership, grassroots engagement and commitment to community development, noting that local government administration remains a critical platform for delivering democratic dividends to the people at the grassroots.
