WHY KABBA/BUNU/IJUMU YOUTHS MUST RALLY ROUND THE YOUNG IDRUFEM – 2027
Because for the first time in a long time, we have one of our own who looks like us, speaks like us, and suffers what we suffer.
He is young – He understands youth frustration.
Idrufem is not a recycled elder looking for title. He is a youth who hustled from Iluke. He knows what it means to have no job, no capital, no connection. That is why his programs are not for contractors – they are garri, rice, small capital for women, apprenticeship support for artisans. Direct to the youth.
He is home, not Abuja-based.
Most aspirants only remember Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu 3 months to election. Idrufem has been present for 2 years – Food Bank across 30 wards, cultural days in Egbeda-Egga, Oke-Offin, empowerment in Iyara. Youths need a Rep we can see every weekend, not one we see on TV.

Bunu Lokan is youth justice.
Since 1999, Kabba and Ijumu have dominated the House of Reps. Bunu has had the shortest time. If youths want equity, this is the time to correct it. Rallying round Idrufem – a Bunu son from Iluke – is rallying for fairness.
He will not recycle, he will empower.
Old politics: Give one boy 50k and post it. Idrufem politics: Give 50 women in each ward start-up capital, equip welders, tailors, barbers. His ADC ideology is people-focused, not stomach infrastructure. Youths need empowerment, not crumbs.
He is a bridge – Not a divider.
Kabba, Bunu, Ijumu – he has visited palaces across all three axes. He is not a Kabba candidate, not a Bunu candidate alone – he is a Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu candidate. Youths are tired of division. Idrufem unites.
2027 is a numbers game – Youths are the numbers.
70% of voters in Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu are youths. If we decide today that it must be one of us, no old structure can stop us. Social media, street-to-street, ward-to-ward – we have the power.
That is why I, Comrade John Musa Obajuwon, Diaspora Coordinator, WWT, call on every youth in Kabba, Bunu and Ijumu – students, artisans, Okada riders, market women, graduates at home:
Let’s rally round our own. Idrufem is young, Idrufem is us, Idrufem is now.
Bunu Lokan! Youth Lokan! Okun Lokan!
