Hon. Yetunde Adeniji Honored with Democracy Newsline Newspaper Excellent Leadership Award

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Home Grown School Feeding Program (NHGSFP), Hon. Yetunde Adeniji, has been recognized with an Excellent Leadership Award by Democracy Newsline Newspaper. This prestigious award is based on public opinion polls conducted by a team of experts who acknowledged Hon. Yetunde’s outstanding contributions to the success of the Home Grown School Feeding Program, a flagship initiative of the APC-led administration in Nigeria.
According to Chief Olugbemi Femi, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of Democracy Newsline Newspaper, Hon. Yetunde Adeniji has demonstrated exceptional leadership, making the program a success since her appointment. Her dedication and expertise have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

He noted that the award of recognition will be bestowed on Hon. Yetunde Adeniji during the upcoming 15th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony, scheduled to hold on August 26, 2025, at the National Merit House in Abuja. The event will commence with a red carpet ceremony at 5 pm, followed by the main program at 6 pm, and a dinner program.
The 15th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony, themed “Promoting Participatory Democracy and Good Governance,” will celebrate Democracy Newsline Newspaper’s existence as an organization.
This event aims to raise funds for podcast studio equipment and establish Democracy Newsline Newspaper’s online Television station
