Insecurity in Bunu District Sparks Urgent Call to Action
APC Chieftain in Kabba-Bunu local government area, Emmanuel Ikusemoro has issued a pressing appeal to leaders in Bunu District urging them to take responsibility in addressing the rising insecurity in their area.
In a message made available to newsmen in Lokoja, described the urgent attention needed to address the security challenges confronting the area.
“Our people are running out of their father land because of the influx of this agents of the devil.
“We can not continue to watch our people being dislodged kidnapped daily.
He emphasized the need for collective action to tackle the menace of kidnappings and violent crimes that have been plaguing the region.
He’s plea highlights the importance of community leaders working together with security agencies to stem the tide of insecurity.
He called on leaders at various levels to wake up to their responsibilities, to restore peace and ensure the safety of residents.
He appealed for effective collaboration between traditional leaders, government officials and security agencies is crucial in addressing the security challenges facing Bunu District by pooling their resources and expertise, they can develop strategies to prevent further attacks and protect the community.
He noted that security is a collective responsibility, urging residents, leaders, and security agencies to work together to identify solutions and implement measures that will guarantee the safety and well-being of everyone in Bunu District.
