Insecurity: SDP in Kwara demands Sunmmit –Suleiman Danialu

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has called for a National Security Summit involving all stakeholders to address the escalating insecurity in Nigeria, following deadly attacks on Tuesday in Woro Community, Kwara State. The party described the killings as a “painful reminder” of the heightened insecurity under the Bola Tinubu-led APC government.
SDP expressed condolences to the families of the victims, highlighting that warnings about the impending attack were reportedly available months in advance but ignored. The party criticized the government’s post-attack military deployment as weak, reactive, and unable to undo the trauma suffered by the community.
In response to the tragedy, SDP has demanded several immediate actions: the establishment of an independent investigation into security failures, deployment of emergency relief and medical care for survivors, and the convening of a National Security Summit to address systemic issues in national security.
In a quick reaction,the assistant public relations officer of the party warned those that peperation should be brought to book,the innocent people going around there normal business has been killed without any justification,he added that the governor should call on the president Tinubu to come to there aids in kwara state.
Mallam Suleiman Danialu also sympathy with the affected people who lose there life on Tuesday,that may God response of there soul.
