“Izere Youths Allege Being Sidelined by Senator Dachung

The Afizere Youth Movement (AYM), national body, regrets to inform the general public that the marginalization and perpetual sidelining of Izere youths continue unabated under Senator Dachung.

Recently, the Senator embarked on a familiarization tour to appreciate the electorates of the Northern Senatorial District, after abandoning them for over a year. We are perturbed by the Senator’s lack of performance in representation, oversight, and lawmaking since his election over a year ago.

There are no ongoing projects in Izere land courtesy of the Senator, and he excluded Izere sons and daughters from appointment as his legislative aides. Youths are critical stakeholders in electoral processes and constitute 70% of the population.

The Izere nation reveres the Afizere Youth Movement (AYM) as critical stakeholders and advocates for the rights and interests of Izere youths.”

Signed Comrade Azi Luka Itse. National President.
