Just In: Ward Councilor & Others kidnapped in Odo-Ape regain freedom

The Honourable Councilor representing Odo-Ape Ward in Kabba-Bunu Legislative Council, Hon. Moses Alaba aka Ope, Silas and three others kidnapped in their homes in Odo-Ape and Agbadu communities respectively almost two weeks now have regained their freedom.

According to information made available to our media by their family members, the Kidnapped victims were released this afternoon after the ransom was paid but did not disclose the amount.

Meanwhile, one of the two brothers kidnapped on their family land located in Aluju, Kakun community in Kabba who regained their freedom died two days  after he was released and have since been buried.

The authorities in both Kabba-Bunu and Kogi State have vowed to tackle all crimes and criminalities before, during and after the yelutide festival season.
