On behalf of the Youth of Kogi West senatorial district, we want to use this moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for your outstanding achievement during your tenure as a member House of Representatives for the good people of Kabba Bunu, Ijumu Federal Constituency. Your unwavering commitment and dedication to serving the people of your constituency were truly remarkable, and we believe that your efforts have made a significant impact on the lives of the people you represented. Throughout your tenure, your tireless work ethic and passionate advocacy for the needs of your constituents have earned you great respect and admiration. You have been a true champion for the people, and your commitment to ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met has been truly inspiring. Your work as a member House of Representatives has been recognized by all and has not gone unnoticed. You have been a great asset to your colleagues, and your contributions to the House of Representatives will be remembered for years to come. Your achievements are a testament to your hard work.
Let me attempt to mention a few;
Bill – your outstanding efforts in passing about ten (10) bills and assented by Mr. President or at various stages that have contributed immensely to the development of our community in Kogi State cannot be over-emphasized, your tireless dedication to the betterment of our community has not gone unnoticed, and for that, we are all truly grateful. Your visionary leadership in championing community development has brought about significant positive changes that have impacted the lives of countless individuals. Not only have you created new opportunities, but you have also improved access to essential services, and fostered inclusive growth that has elevated the living standards of our people. Your unwavering commitment to public service is highly commendable. You have undoubtedly demonstrated a deep sense of responsibility and selflessness in your approach towards governance. Your accomplishments are a testament to your competence, diligence, and your passion for the well-being of the people. ‘The Demutualization of Nigeria Stock Exchange Bill’ was passed and asserted just to mention one.
Community Development Project – during your tenure, our community had the privilege of enjoying the following;
*Construction of the ICT Centre in St. Monica’s College, Kabba
* Construction of ICT Centre in Okoro Gbedde High School
* Construction of Skill Acquisition Centres in Okedayo
* Construction of Skill Acquisition Centres in Okebukun
* Construction of Skill Acquisition Centres in lyara
*Distribution of 10 Wheel Chairs to Physically-Challenged people
* Donation of 2 Tractors to Farmer’s Groups
* Financial support for victims of fire incident in Iffe [jumu
* Purchase of Generators and Grinding Machines for Constituents
Hon Yusuf Tajudeen (TEEJAY). You have served with utmost dedication towards your constituents, you have been a true leader who has put the needs of the people first. You have worked tirelessly to make sure that the voices of the people are heard and that their needs are met. One of the significant achievements during your tenure is the Regular financial support to Individuals, Groups, Associations, and Religious Bodies, Presentation of Mechanic Tools, Vulcanizer Tools, Welding Tools, and Blacksmiths, to Artisans in your Constituency. This initiative has significantly impacted the lives of many residents and has set the bar high for future leaders to follow. Your humility and compassion have been unmatched, and you have consistently put the interest of the people first. As you leave office, I will like to express my gratitude to you for helping me as a person, I have enjoyed tremendous support from you financially and otherwise. You have been a true leader who has worked hard to make not just our community a better place but everyone around you. Your honesty and how you tackle difficult issues even the party PDP will be remembered for years to come, and your legacy will continue to inspire future leaders.
