Kabba Community Association Abuja, Pens Worded Appreciations Letter to Governor Bello for the Establishment of Kogi State University, Kabba
Kabba Community Association (KCA), Abuja has penned a very strong worded appreciations letter to Governor Yahaya Bello on the recently established state owned University and sited in Kabba, the headquarters of Kogi West/Okun nation.
This was contained in a letter signed by its reputable President, and an accomplished retired Director in the federal civil service, Sir, Johnson Jimoh and glimpsed by DemocracyNewsline.
According to the letter, the association join other numerous stakeholders in Okunland to appreciate the kind gesture of the governor to bring to fruition the long aged collective desires of the people of Okunland of having a higher learning institution on their soil, hence they used the medium to shower encomium on people who have made it possible to achieve the laudable project when it was least expected.

Your Excellency sir this is a dream come true. The good people of Okun Nation have long been yearning for university because of their love for education knowing well that education is the bedrock and instrument for any Nation or society that want to be prosperous or developed.
We want to appreciate you because your administration has remembered us with this monumental and laudable investment and human oriented development that would improve the socio-economic and Infrastructural development of the good people of Okun Nation.
We also want to commend the NUC for the recognition and approval of the Kogi State University, Kabba as the 62nd state owned university and the 265th university respectively, in the Nigerian university system. Also worthy of commendation is the Kogi State House of Assembly and other players who have put in their efforts in making sure that the university come to reality. We appreciate you all.
We equally want to congratulate the Obaro of Kabba and Chairman Okun Area Traditional Council, HRM, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the President General, Kabba Development Union, Engr Emmanuel Ajibero, the good people of Kabba in particular and Okun Nation at large on the establishment of Kogi State University, Kabba.
We also want to use this medium to appeal to the good people of Okun Nation to continue to support Governor Yahaha Bello to succeed in office with their prayers and coperation for more dividend of democracy
