KDU Applauds Hon. Durosinmi Meseko Over Solar Street Light Project in Kabba Metropolis
The Kabba Development Union (KDU) has formally expressed its deep appreciation to the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, for his recent donation and installation of solar-powered street lights across key areas of Kabba metropolis.
The project, which marks the successful completion of Phase 1 of the illumination initiative, has targeted high-traffic and sensitive zones, including the Kabba-Okene By-pass and the precincts of the newly constructed ultra-modern Palace.
In a statement released by the Union, the community leaders noted that the intervention came at a crucial time. They highlighted that the presence of the solar lights has significantly improved visibility at night, thereby acting as a deterrent to criminal activities and enhancing the overall security architecture of the town.
“This thoughtful intervention has not only brightened our streets but has also contributed positively to the safety and well-being of our people,” the Union stated. “It is a reflection of Hon. Meseko’s unwavering commitment to the progress and modernization of Kabba.”
The KDU further described the gesture as a laudable initiative that underscores the APC Deputy National Publicity Scribe’s dedication to his roots. While celebrating the success of the first phase, the Union expressed its eagerness for the commencement of subsequent phases of the project, which are expected to cover more neighborhoods within the community.
The message concluded with prayers for God’s continued blessings, protection, and guidance for Hon. Meseko as he continues to serve both the party and his community.
