Kogi Council Election: I’m Ready to Serve, and Make Olle/Oke-Offin Great Again – Miss Foluke Ayinmode

In a bid to follow due process and as a staunch grassroots politician, Miss Victoria Foluke Ayinmode, the Sole Councilorship Candidate for the APC in Olle/Oke-Offin Ward, has announced to Leaders of the All Progressives Congress in the Ward of her readiness to work for the benefit of the Ward.

She made this known to newsmen today, shortly after a meeting with leaders from her Ward as she tendered her nomination and expression of interest form.

She mentioned that Leadership should be practiced not so much in words but in attitude and in actions. My respect for the party at every level prompt me to take this bold step to begin this journey from my Ward. She stated.

She highlighted her antecedents, her achievements and her manifesto. She promised to provide quality representation for her people if elected, saying that her intention to contest the Olle/Oke-Offin Ward Councilorship is born out of the desire to contribute her quota to the growth and development of the land with youths and women as her focal point of interest.

She maintained that the need to consult from the grassroots cannot be over emphasized hence her decision to start from the Ward’s Stakeholders, as she solicited support from her ward members ahead of the Election come 19th October. She also mentioned carefully how she will make Olle/Oke-Offin Ward great again, to revisit the issue of legislative oversight functions, maintaining that education, empowerments, constituency projects as among her cardinal points.
