Kogi Decides 2023: We cannot afford to return to opposition – Faleke
…As he advises others in other political parties to join the moving train
Ahead of the November 11 Governorship Election in Kogi State, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Sunday Faleke has made a categorical statement that the state cannot afford to return to the opposition, hence he admonished others who are not in the ruling All Progressive Congress to join the moving train without further delay.
The Aiyetoro -Gbede born Banker turned politician disclosed this while addressing newsmen yesterday in Iyara on the sideline of the Ijumu APC Stakeholders meeting.
According to him, the APC as a party is doing well in the local government considering the numbers of critical stakeholders who attended the meeting to discuss the way forward especially as regards the forthcoming Governorship election, noting that Ododo/Joel project is good to go in the area.
“APC members in Ijumu don’t need advice again as you can see it yourself, the meeting is only called for the stakeholders and few ward executives and you can see the crowd, so I will only advise those that are still outside to come in and join the APC, as it is crystal clear that Ododo will win November 11 Election in Ijumu local govt”
