Hon Ahmed Usman Ododo accompanied by stalwarts of the All Progressive Congress (APC) were graciously recieved by Minister for State – FCT Hon Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu on 1st April, 2023.
The consultative visit according to statement made available to *Fancy Media Team (FMT)* turn to be a reassurance that All Progressives Congress (APC) will win overwhelmingly in the November 11th governorship election because of the person and character of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo plus his overwhelming performance as Auditor General of local Government, Kogi State.
On April 14, 2023, the Kogi State APC Primary Election Committee declared Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo as the winner of the Kogi APC Governorship Primary Election, having garnered 78,704 votes to defeat other contestants in the race.
Hon Ahmed Usman Ododo, who emerged the Kogi APC governorship candidate through a direct primary election on April 14th, was ratified through a Special Congress of the party on April 15, 2023.
