Kogi West Constituents Celebrate Sen. Karimi’s 64th Birthday
Constituents of Kogi West Senatorial District gathered to celebrate Sen. Sunday Karimi’s 64th birthday, praising his unprecedented representation.
The event coincided with the inauguration of 10,000 grassroots mobilizers by Kogi Progressive Stakeholders Forum (KPSF) for the reelection bid of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Sen. Karimi in 2027.
The mobilizers were charged to work towards securing a second term victory for President Tinubu and Sen. Karimi.
Speakers at the event lauded Sen. Karimi’s achievements, including building a forward military base, empowering women and youths, and providing bursaries.
Sanni Philips, KPSF State Coordinator, said the group is working to ensure APC wins all elections in Kogi State.
He praised President Tinubu’s achievements, including the Students Loan scheme, Coastal line project, and infrastructure development.
The KPSF Coordinator urged citizens to remain resolved in their support for Sen. Karimi, emphasizing the need to sustain President Tinubu’s programs and policies.
He described Sen. Karimi as a winning team and urged mobilizers to preach his good works and that of President Tinubu.
Funsho Otu, Zone A Coordinator of KPSF, described the inauguration as a watershed, complementing APC’s efforts under Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo.
Other speakers, including Ismaila Isah and Olamide Adesoro, praised Sen. Karimi’s representation and expressed optimism about his reelection.
The event concluded with the inauguration of Ward and Zonal Coordinators and the cutting of Sen. Karimi’s 65th birthday cake, with prayers for his success and reelection.
