KSU Management Visits Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi
The Vice Chancellor of Kogi State University Kabba, Professor KIT Eniola, on Wednesday visited the Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi at his palace in Kabba, the seat of the institution.
The vice chancellor who went in company of members of the University management, assured the royal father of the commitment of his team towards actualizing the dream of Gov Yahaya Bello who is the visioner of the University.

He told the royal father that the University was on the verge of enrolling it’s first set of students following the positive outcome of the resource verification visit by the National Universities Commission, NUC.
He further disclosed that approval was given for twenty-five programmes across three faculties.
He thanked the royal father for standing firm with the institution and ensuring that the school had a smooth start.
Addressing the delegation, the Obaro remarked that he was delighted that the university had come to stay as a fulfilment of the yearnings of the people of Okunland. He also appreciated the commitment of the governor and the massive financial support to the university.
He noted that the university is a top priority of Alhaji Yahaya Bello and that Okunland is grateful to the governor.
Obaro assured the Vice Chancellor of the support of prominent sons and daughters of Okunland both in human and material resources.
