Minister of Steel Development pays condolence visit to former Kogi Governor Alhaji Ibrahim Idris in Abuja over son’s demise

The Honourable Minister for Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, paid a condolence visit to the former Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, at his Abuja home on Thursday, 11 April 2024 following the death of his son, Honourable Mohammed Idris.

Prince Audu, expressing his heartfelt sympathy to the former governor and Elder Statesman, urged him to remain strong and accept the will of Almighty Allah, who knows best.

The late Mohammed Idris, one of the older sons of the Ex-Kogi governor and former lawmaker who represented Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro Federal Constituencies at the House of Representatives, slumped and died shortly after the Eid prayers on Wednesday, April 10, in Abuja.
