NATIONAL APC YOUTH COALITION CONGRATULATES EDO STATE GOVERNOR ON TRIBUNAL VICTORY, COMMENDS AMB. JULIUS ALUEBHOSELE FOR HIS STEADFAST SUPPORT TO GOV. OKPEBHOLO.
A youth group of the All Progressives Congress (APC) known as the National APC Youth Coalition (NAYC) has warmly congratulated the Edo State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo on his resounding victory at the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal. NAYC hailed the tribunal’s ruling as a victory for democracy, the youths and entire good people of Edo State, as well as the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a press briefing made in Abuja by the group, it’s Director General, Hon. Aiyelabowo Adebanji Austin said the victory affirms the collective will of the people of the state. He noted that the rapid pace of developmental projects in the state by the Governor since assumption of office in November 2024 shows his commitment to see an Edo that is rising swiftly.
NAYC joins Governor Okpebholo in calling on all citizens, including the opposition, to put aside their political differences and work together for the overall interest of Edo State. Aiyelabowo expressed optimism the Governor would build on the good works he has already began and would soon create a state where every Edo citizen has the opportunity to thrive. He further appreciated the Governor for reaching out and condoling with the Kano State Government and families of those who lost their lives at the unfortunate killing that recently happened in Uromi, Esan North East local government of the state.

In the press briefing, while declaring the unalloyed support of the National APC Youth Coalition to Governor Monday Okpebholo, the coalition also commended a true son of Edo soil, Ambassador Julius Aluebhosele (Oba of Youths); for his dogged support to the Governor before, during and after the elections, up to the point of the recently delivered tribunal ruling.
Amb. Aluebhosele’s commitment to the growth and development of the NAYC, the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the national down to the unit level, youths of Edo State and beyond is immeasurable. Oba of Youths is charged to be steadfast with Mr Governor, continue to encourage and support him as we believe the Governor will be more fired up to deliver more than he has promised Edo people during his campaign.
Once again, National APC Youth Coalition congratulates Governor Monday Okpebholo on his well deserved victory and wish him a blissful tenure.
