Under his leadership, Hall 7 has successfully delivered over 1.4 million square feet of projects within just nine years, including remarkable developments such as The Brookshore Residence and The Bridge Paradox in Abuja.
His outstanding contributions to national development through housing and real estate have earned him the prestigious Award of Excellence from the Yaba College of Technology Alumni Association during its 2024 Annual Lectures and Awards event.

Driven by his passion for a better Kogi State, Otunba Braimoh ventured into politics, contesting as the governorship candidate for the Action Alliance (AA) in the 2023 Kogi State election.
