*In the last two weeks, His Excellency, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has successfully injected the sum of Nine Hundred and Thirty Six Million (N936,000,000) into the Tertiary Educational development in Niger State;*
* FUTMINNA Hostel support – N100 million
* Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna (AKUM) Accreditation of more cources – N500 million
* Scholarship support to 86 pioneer students of AKUM – N86 million
* New Gate University Endowermnent Fund support – N250 million.

A committee has been working to look into the WAEC/GCE/NECO results of Nigerlites in the last three years to select the best results of 1,000 science students who are children of the downtrodden across the 25LGAs for scholarships abroad in Medicine, Science and Technology.
Upon assumption of office, H. E Mohammed Umaru Bago cleared all outstanding dues of WAEC and NECO of over N500 million, paid Bursary of over N500million to Students and several Scholarship support for Niger students home and abroad, one of which is the only Nigerlite a female who secured admission to undergo pilot training in NCAT, Zaria, reaccreditation of programs at the State owned institutions that are long-overdue and many more.
Mr Governor has declared that more attention would be paid to the educational sector in the 2025 budget.
