NUC Puts The Icing On The Cake For CUSTECH As MBBS And Other Courses Gets Approval

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has put the icing on the cake for Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara to run Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), a much awaited programme by students whose dream it has been to study Medicine and Surgery as a discipline.

According to Balogun Omeiza David, Head, Public Relations and Protocol Unit, CUSTECH Osara, said
the programme is to take effect from 2024/2025 academic session.

Other approved programmes are Doctor of Philosophy (DPT); B.Rad Radiography; B. Agric. Agriculture; B.Eng. Agricultural Engineering and L.L.B. Law.

The letter of approval was addressed to the Vice-Chancellor and dated 5th September, 2024

As it stands, students who desires to study any of the recently approved programmes but did not at first choose CUSTECH as their first choice can now visit the UTME/JAMB Portal to effect the change of institution to CUSTECH.

This will speed up the process of their gaining admission to study at CUSTECH should they meet up with the requirements for admission.

Further information about admissions for the 2024/2025 academic session will be made public as at when due.
