The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, Hon. Comrade Francis Obule, has extended glowing tributes to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her 56th birthday, describing her as a rare jewel whose life of service, humility, and compassion has continued to positively shape families, communities, and governance in the state.
In a congratulatory message released on Tuesday, Obule hailed the Delta First Lady as “a mother with a heart for the people, a pillar of moral strength, and a steadfast partner in the vision of a greater Delta under the leadership of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.”
According to Obule, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori has, over the years, distinguished herself as a woman of deep faith, uncommon grace, and unwavering commitment to humanitarian service, particularly in the areas of women empowerment, child welfare, family values, and social inclusion.
“At 56, Your Excellency embodies wisdom tempered with compassion, leadership anchored on service, and grace that inspires hope. Your consistent advocacy for the vulnerable, your quiet but impactful interventions, and your moral support to the MORE Agenda of the Oborevwori administration remain invaluable to the peace and progress of Delta State,” Obule stated.
He further noted that the First Lady’s influence transcends ceremonial duties, stressing that her outreach initiatives and moral leadership have strengthened the social fabric of the state, especially among women, youths, and the less privileged.
Describing her as “a mother to all Deltans,” Obule emphasized that Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori has continued to lead by example, projecting the virtues of patience, kindness, prayerfulness, and integrity, while maintaining a dignified and people-oriented approach to public life.
“Your Excellency’s life is a testament to the power of quiet leadership and godly influence. You have consistently demonstrated that true leadership is not about noise, but about impact,” he added.
Hon. Obule prayed for God’s continued protection, sound health, renewed strength, and greater wisdom for the First Lady, expressing confidence that her coming years would usher in even more impactful service to Delta State and humanity at large.
He concluded by joining family members, political leaders, women groups, and well-wishers across the state and beyond to celebrate the Delta First Lady on her milestone birthday.
“On behalf of my family and associates, I heartily congratulate Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on her 56th birthday. May your days be long, your joy full, and your legacy enduring. Happy birthday, our Mother and First Lady,” Obule declared.
