OGIDI DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (ODA) CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR AHMED USMAN ODODO ON HIS VICTORY AT THE APEX COURT IN NIGERIA
Ogidi development Association congratulates His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on his victory at the highest court in Nigeria. The battle which started at the Governorship Elections Tribunal With two candidates contesting your Victory at the polls and up to the highest court in the land must have eaten deep into your time and resources to achieve victory.
The ODA keenly observed your activities during the legal battles and we are surprise that inspite of the diversionary effects the legal battles, your performance in governance of the State is commendable. We could witness improved welfare forthe civil servants in particular and the entire State through your quarterly palliatives to the people Of kogi State to reduce the effects of food inflation in the country. We are also not unmindful of your giant strides in providing dividends of democracy through infrastructural development as evidenced by phase 1 Of Roads rehabilitation project across the State as well as in empowering many Of Kogi State Citizens With appointments. Our community Ogidi-ljumu has fair share of the appointments and we are grateful to your Excellency.
We humbly appeal that now that the legal battle is over, your Excellency should direct and supervise reconciliation along party and ethnic divides in the State so that your laudable programs for the State can progress smoothly.
Finally your Excellency, you visited Ogidi during the electioneering campaigns and you witnessed and attested to how difficult it was and it is still the same today to travel from kabba to Ogidi distance of Twelve Kilometers. We appeal to your Excellency to make our Road a priority in phase 2 of your Roads rehabilitation projects across Kogi State
We Wish your Excellency Allah’s guidance and directions as you lead Kogi State in this cr ucial period of our socio economic developments.
E-SIGNED
HIGH CHIEF/ BARRISTER FEMI OLORUNTOBA
NATIONAL PRESIDENT
