Okun Chairmen Pay Courtesy Visit to Hon. Salman Idris, Laud His Performance.
Chairmen from Okun extraction on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, Hon. Salman Idris, to commend his achievements and reaffirm their support for his leadership.
The delegation praised the lawmaker for his visible developmental strides, effective representation and people-centred approach to governance which they noted have positively impacted communities across the constituency.
Speaking during the visit, the chairmen expressed appreciation for Hon. Idris’ commitment to grassroots development and his continuous engagement with constituents. They described his leadership as inclusive and responsive, adding that his efforts have strengthened confidence in democratic representation within Okun Land.
Those present at the visit included Hon. Ibrahim Haruna, Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area; Hon. Zacchaeus Dare of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area; Hon. Ademola Bello Destiny of Mopa-Amuro Local Government Area; and Hon. Joshua Dare Monday of Yagba East Local Government Area.
