Okun League of Progressive Elites Holds Inaugural Meeting, Pledges Support for Governor Ododo’s Re-Election Bid
Lokoja, Kogi State, July 17, 2025 – The Okun League of Progressive l Elites (OLOPE) today held its inaugural meeting, marking a significant milestone in its journey to support the re-election of His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo FCA, in 2027.
The meeting brought together professionals from various fields, united in their commitment to supporting Governor Ododo’s leadership and vision for Kogi State. Hon. Barr. Alfred Bello, Director General of OLOPE, emphasized the organization’s resolve to mobilize support for the Governor’s re-election bid.
“We gather today as professionals, united by a common purpose: to ensure the continuity of Governor Ododo’s leadership and vision for Kogi State,” Hon. Barr. Bello stated. “We believe that his policies and programs have been beneficial to the state, and we are committed to working tirelessly to secure his re-election in 2027.”
