Okun League of Progressive Elites Praises Ododo’s Security Efforts in Okunland

The Okun League of Progressive Elites has commended Governor Usman Ododo for his recent visit to Okunland, where he demonstrated a pragmatic and compassionate approach to addressing security challenges in the area.
In a statement, the group expressed admiration for the governor’s leadership and vision in tackling insecurity, noting that his efforts to galvanize security agencies and the people to stand against the enemies of the state are commendable.
The group praised Ododo’s emphasis on intelligence and cooperation in the fight against insecurity, as well as his government’s efforts to provide logistics and support to joint forces fighting against insecurity.
“We appreciate the governor’s recognition of the sacrifices of security agents who lost their lives in the line of duty and his promise to ensure that they do not die in vain,” the statement read.
The group urged the people of Kogi State to continue supporting the governor’s efforts to stamp out insecurity, saying that together, they can overcome the challenges that have plagued the state for too long.
The Okun League of Progressive Elites’ statement is a boost to the governor’s administration, which has been working to restore peace and security in Kogi State.
