Omo-Agege and APC ln Delta State: Relics of Past Political Failures Says Olorogun Okiemute Oviri Okwagbe JP
By Wilson Macaulay
Olorogun Okiemute Oviri Okwagbe JP has described Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the APC’s flagbearer in the 2023 elections, as relic of past political failures, whose attempts at making a comeback are both futile and embarrassing. He accused Omo-Agege of lacking the vision, influence, and credibility to challenge the PDP in Delta State.
“Omo-Agege and the APC should quit their wild goose chase. Deltans rejected them in 2023, and they will be rejected again in 2027. No amount of propaganda can erase their history of failure, broken promises, and political misadventures. Their defeat is not just imminent—it is already sealed,” Okwagbe stated.
PDP: The Only Hope for Delta’s Progress
Reaffirming the PDP’s unshakable grip on Delta State, Olorogun Okwagbe stressed that the PDP in Delta State remains the only viable option for sustainable development and progress. He urged Deltans to remain steadfast in their support for Governor Oborevwori and the PDP, as they continue to deliver on their promises.
“The APC is an alien party in Delta State. Their policies are anti-people, their leadership is non-existent, and their candidates are serial losers. The PDP, on the other hand, is the party of the people, the party of progress, and the party that truly understands the needs of Deltans. We are miles ahead, and no amount of political brohaha or noise can change that reality,” he declared.
Olorogun Okwagbe concluded by advising the APC and its members to wake up from their political slumber and accept the reality of their failure. He emphasized that Governor Oborevwori’s administration has already set the template for Delta State’s continuous growth, making any opposition effort a waste of time.
“Let it be clear: APC’s guber ambition in Delta State is dead on arrival. The PDP is unstoppable, and Governor Oborevwori is unshakable. The people of Delta State know where their future lies—and it is certainly not with a party of failures and deceivers,” he concluded.
