Open Letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR

Dear President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I write to you today with a humble suggestion regarding the recent voluntary resignation of the presidential spokesperson, a role that remains critical to the success of your administration and its communication with the people of Nigeria. In light of this development, I believe there is an urgent need to fill this position with a person of impeccable competence, integrity, and professionalism.

In my considered opinion, there is no better candidate for this important position than Abdulaziz Abdulaziz, your current Special Assistant on Media. Abdulaziz is a man of remarkable intellect, experience, and dedication, and his appointment would undoubtedly strengthen the public relations and communications machinery of your administration.

His extensive background as a seasoned journalist, reporter, and editor for esteemed publications such as Blueprint, Premium Times, and Daily Trust speaks volumes about his understanding of the media landscape and his ability to navigate complex communication challenges. His work has consistently demonstrated a commitment to truth, transparency, and excellence, earning him the respect of colleagues and audiences across the nation.

Abdulaziz’s accolades, including the prestigious Wole Soyinka Center for Investigative Journalism Award, are a testament to his outstanding contributions to journalism in Nigeria. Despite his current role within the government, he has maintained an unwavering sense of integrity, dedication, and work ethic. His ability to remain grounded while working in Aso Rock Villa showcases his professionalism and readiness for greater responsibility.

Appointing Abdulaziz Abdulaziz as the new presidential spokesperson would be a wise decision for your administration, one that will enhance public trust and strengthen the line of communication between the presidency and the Nigerian people. His knowledge, experience, and unwavering dedication make him an ideal candidate for this vital role.

Thank you for considering this recommendation as you continue to steer our nation toward prosperity and progress.

Yours sincerely,
Hon. Bala Salihu Dawakin kudu
Director General, Progressive Amalgamation of Northern Nigeria (PANN) 08060017934
