Hon. Alfa Nliam (Anaegbuiyi), Ganduje Ambassador, Declares Candidacy for Fagge Local Government Chairmanship

By Bala Salihu Dawakin kudu on 8th September 2024

In a move that promises to invigorate grassroots politics in Kano State, Hon. Alfa Nliam, popularly known as Anaegbuiyi and a well-known ambassador of the Ganduje administration, has officially declared his intention to contest for the position of Chairman in Fagge Local Government in the forthcoming local government elections. Running under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Nliam expressed confidence in his ability to lead the council effectively and implement a people-centered agenda.

During his declaration, Hon. Nliam emphasized his long-standing contribution to APC activities and the development of his community. “I have worked tirelessly for the growth and success of our party, and I am now ready to take on the mantle of leadership to serve the good people of Fagge,” he stated. He went on to highlight his experience, skills, and deep understanding of the needs of the local populace as key assets that will guide him in his campaign and future leadership.

Hon. Nliam affirmed that he possesses the necessary qualities to steer the affairs of Fagge Local Government toward a brighter future. His vision for the council is rooted in principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity, with a strong commitment to ensuring that the concerns and needs of the people are prioritized. He promised to foster development across all sectors, particularly in healthcare, education, infrastructure, and youth empowerment.

“My focus will be on promoting good governance, creating opportunities for all, and ensuring that the people of Fagge enjoy the dividends of democracy,” he said. Hon. Nliam’s leadership style, he explained, will be anchored on teamwork and community engagement, ensuring that every resident of Fagge has a voice in shaping the future of the local government.

As the election approaches, Hon. Nliam’s candidacy is expected to galvanize significant support, given his reputation as a dedicated party member and advocate for progressive change. His role as a Ganduje Ambassador has further cemented his standing within the party, and many within the APC view him as a candidate with both the vision and commitment to lead Fagge Local Government to new heights.

The forthcoming local government elections are expected to be keenly contested, but Hon. Alfa Nliam remains resolute in his mission to serve, pledging to continue upholding the values of the APC and ensuring that Fagge prospers under his leadership.
