Oyo PDP Gubernatorial aspirant urges party leaders to lead with truth, act with character

The Oyo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Gubernatorial aspirant for the 2027 election , Aare Olayinka Oladimeji Segelu, has urged party leaders and members to lead with truth and acted with character for a better Oyo State and stronger Nigeria.
Hon. segelu gave the counsel on Tuesday while speaking with Journalists in Ibadan on leadership role in politics.
According to him, true leadership is not proven by noise or speed, but by consistency, integrity, and patience.
” Character does not need to shout, it reveals itself through our actions, through the way we treat people, and through our courage to stand firm even when misunderstood.
” I am urging everyone one of us to lead with truth and act with character because time will always vindicate sincerity.
” The truth may take time, but it always finds its way. It does not compete; it convinces.
” In every season of challenge or doubt, let us remember that lasting impact comes not from doing what is quick, but from doing what is right,” he echoed.
He, however, encouraged party members and leaders to be dedicated to the party course and as well prioritize public interest in their political responsibilities.
