Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin said this in Eruwa at the groundbreaking ceremony of Eruwa Agribusinesses Industrial Hub held at old farm settlement, Eruwa.

” As the representative of Ibarapa East State Constituency, I had long envisioned a project that would transform the economic landscape of my community and region, and this is the moment. The Eruwa Agribusiness Industrial Hub is more than just a project; it represents a legacy that will outlast Governor Seyi Makinde’s tenure and my own as representative of my people and Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly. Today marks a pivotal moment in Ibarapaland’s history as we witness the groundbreaking ceremony of the Eruwa AgriBusiness Industrial Hub. This milestone signifies the dawn of a new era of economic growth, innovation, and progress in our beloved region. ”

The Speaker expressed his gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde, acknowledging his “visionary leadership and commitment to transforming Oyo State’s economy through agribusiness.”

” I am deeply indebted to His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for this groundbreaking initiative. Your Excellency, your visionary leadership and commitment to transforming Oyo State’s economy through agribusiness is truly commendable. This project is a testament to your administration’s dedication to harnessing our state’s comparative advantage in agriculture. As we break the ground today, posterity will forever be grateful to your administration for yet another strategic investment which is community driven.”

He acknowledged Governor Makinde’s commitment to the region, seeking further transformation for Ibarapaland

The Speaker urged residents and stakeholders to cooperate fully with the contracted team to ensure seamless execution.

“The people of Eruwa and Ibarapaland have eagerly awaited this project, and its inauguration marks a significant milestone. I urge residents and stakeholders to cooperate fully with the contracted team, ensuring seamless execution. Your support is crucial to the project’s success.”

As representative of Ibarapa East State Constituency, Ogundoyin pledged to oversee the project’s progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

“I would like to call for close monitoring of the project by all stakeholders to guarantee adherence to specifications and timely completion. As the representative of Ibarapa East State Constituency, I will personally oversee the project’s progress, foster open communication with contractors and stakeholders and the community to ensure smooth execution and address potential delays.

“To the people of Ibarapa East Local Government, my constituency, I am proud to witness this milestone, which will bring about meaningful development and prosperity to our community. His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde has already shown his commitment to our region. We are grateful Sir, but we are also asking for more. We are counting on your leadership acumen to help further transform Ibarapaland. ”

The Speaker appreciated Dr. Abdul B. Kamara, Director-General, Nigeria Country Department of African Development Bank, AFDB for their invaluable partnership.

He also appreciated Dr. Debo Akande, Director General of OYSADA, for coordinating and spearheading the project, alongside the Oyo State Ministry of Agriculture and other stakeholders.
