Prof. Usman particularly congratulated the fortu four (44) First-Class graduands for their hard work, discipline, dedication and outstanding academic performance, describing their achievement as inspirational and a demonstration of what can be attained through sustained commitment to learning and excellence.

He urged the First-Class graduands to remain worthy ambassadors of the University and to carry forward the values of hard work, integrity and excellence that earned them the distinction. He also encouraged other students to draw inspiration from their achievement and recognise that academic excellence is attainable through focus, discipline and consistent effort.

The Vice-Chancellor reiterated the determination of Senate and the University Management to sustain academic excellence, discipline and quality assurance, stressing that while the University would continue to provide a conducive environment for teaching, learning and research, students must demonstrate commitment to their studies and comply with the University’s extant academic regulations.

He congratulated all students who performed well in the newly approved results and urged continuing students to remain focused, take full advantage of the University’s enabling academic environment and strive for excellence in both character and learning.

Meanwhile, the withdrawn and expelled students have been directed to surrender all University property in their possession, including identity cards and other official items, to the Security Unit before exiting the University.
