” While we acknowledge your remarkable strides, PPAPAP passionately appealed to you ,Dr. Dennis Otuaro to prioritize the empowerment of our spouses under the Women Empowerment Program.”

The PPAPAP leadership explained that
by investing in their women-focused skill acquisition and entrepreneurial programs, the PAP can foster inclusive growth and further strengthen peace in the region.

PPAPAP also stressed the importance of synergy between the Amnesty Office and its leadership to ensure that their concerns and recommendations align with the overall objectives of the program. The group urges Dr. Dennis Otuaro to work closely with PPAPAP leaders, to ensure that they benefit what is due for them. They maintained that there is need for them to be adequately informed so that they can be actively involved in every empowerment initiative. Carrying them along will enable ex-agitators to fully benefit from opportunities designed for their reintegration and development.

PPAPAP explained that the Third phase leaders need leadership training and and their slots given to them. They insisted that they also want
Leadership empowerment because
